Blood tinged vaginal discharge is not normal and could be an indication of a wart or condyloma virus present. Sexual excitement, emotional stress and ovulation increase the amount of normal secretion from the vagina. If the secretion changes radically in consistency, color or amount, it may be a sign of a serious sexually transmitted disease or just a common infection.
